As history has shown, especially if you are a competitive functional fitness athlete, workouts aren’t getting any easier, and weight standards are definitely not getting lighter!
SO, we’ve developed the “Powerhouse Program” to prepare you, and it’s only $30!
This is a 6 week, 3 day-a-week program designed to work in tandem with your normal box/gym programming. Each workout is approximately 45 minutes in length and requires minimal equipment. Our focus for the #PowerhouseProgram is to improve your numbers in Olympic lifts as well as bench, squat and deadlift.
Following the Powerhouse Program is easy!
Simple
Just record your max lifts of 12 movements into the spreadsheet you will receive when you purchase the program. We take all the thinking from there!
No Guesswork
You will be told what lifts to do each day and all the weight calculations are ready for you. It’s that simple! No guessing, no percentage calculations, just DO THE WORK!
Repeatable
This can be an ongoing program in your training routine!! At the end of 6 weeks, just update your max lifts (Hopefully all PRs!) and start again.
