with our Youth Weightlifting program, designed to build strength, confidence, and discipline. This program is best for youth ages 10-18 who want to compete in Weightlifting or improve their overall strength and athleticism for another sport, or general fitness. Our certified coaches create a safe and supportive environment for young athletes to learn proper technique and develop lifelong skills💛💪🏼
Youth athletes must begin with a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches to evaluate their starting point and are comfortable and confident with their movements before transitioning into youth coaching hours. Athletes can bypass one-on-one sessions by taking one of our upcoming youth technique classes.
