Master the art of explosive power and precision with our Olympic Weightlifting program. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or a seasoned athlete refining technique, we provide intentional programming and high-level coaching to help you perfect your snatch, clean, and jerk.
Though Heartland is a 24/7 gym, we offer coaching hours throughout the week that may be utilized if athletes would like to train under the watchful eye of a coach during their training session. Athletes are free to train at any time within coaching hours-- they are not coach led. Coaching hours vary depending on the season, but are typically weekday afternoons and evenings as well as Saturday mornings.
Beginners will be paired with one of our coaches for a minimum of 3 individual or small groups training sessions to evaluate their starting point, ensure they build a solid foundation, and are comfortable and confident with their movements before transitioning into coaching hours. Members can bypass 3 one-on-one sessions by taking one of our upcoming technique classes.
All members have access to our 3, 4, or 5 day per week team program.
